Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 16 oz frozen strawberries thawed
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • popsicle mold

Instruction

  • Beat together the cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a food processor puree the thawed strawberries with the strawberry jam.
  • Fold in the strawberry puree and cool whip until everything is well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze for 6 or more hours.
