Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups Llano Estacado Signature Rosé
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Add strawberries, sugar and water to a pot on medium/high heat. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or until strawberries are tender. Strain the juices through a fine-mesh cheesecloth into a large bowl. Pour in the wine and vanilla. Divide the mixture into ice pop molds leaving a little space at the top for expansion during the freezing process. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
