Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups Llano Estacado Signature Rosé
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- Add strawberries, sugar and water to a pot on medium/high heat. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or until strawberries are tender. Strain the juices through a fine-mesh cheesecloth into a large bowl. Pour in the wine and vanilla. Divide the mixture into ice pop molds leaving a little space at the top for expansion during the freezing process. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
