The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 3 cups rhubarb (sliced into 1/4-inch discs)
  • 2 cups strawberries (diced)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons cold water
  • 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 Tablespoons cold butter (cut into pieces)
  • 3/4 cup cold butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, then butter the paper and set aside.
