Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (chilled)
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
- 6 ounces frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 8 ounces frozen Strawberries
- Greek Yogurt (Coconut or Vanilla)
- Toasted Coconut
- Pineapple Wedge
- Fresh Strawberry

Instruction
- Add all the coconut milk, orange juice, coconut oil, frozen pineapple chunks, and frozen strawberries to the blender.
- Place the lid on securely and puree (use the “smoothie setting” if your blender has one) until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses and garnish if desired.
- Serve immediately, or portion into freezer-safe canning jars and store in the freezer for later use.
