Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (chilled)
  • 1/4 - 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
  • 6 ounces frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 8 ounces frozen Strawberries
  • Greek Yogurt (Coconut or Vanilla)
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Pineapple Wedge
  • Fresh Strawberry

Instruction

  • Add all the coconut milk, orange juice, coconut oil, frozen pineapple chunks, and frozen strawberries to the blender.
  • Place the lid on securely and puree (use the “smoothie setting” if your blender has one) until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish if desired.
  • Serve immediately, or portion into freezer-safe canning jars and store in the freezer for later use.
