Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (still warm)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (+ more for drizzling)
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 medium peach (pit removed and cut into chunks)
- 1 cup strawberries (stems removed and chopped)
- 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instruction
- Combine cooked quinoa, maple, coconut milk and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Divide evenly between two bowls. Add half the yogurt to the bowl, then top each bowl with half the fruit, sprinkle with almonds and hemp seeds.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
