Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup skim, soy or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (aka quick oats)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. sweetener of choice - raw sugar, Truvia, Splenda, Agave or honey

Instruction

  • In a blender, combine milk, oats, banana and strawberries.
  • Add vanilla and sweetener of choice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
