Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup skim, soy or almond milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (aka quick oats)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. sweetener of choice - raw sugar, Truvia, Splenda, Agave or honey
Instruction
- In a blender, combine milk, oats, banana and strawberries.
- Add vanilla and sweetener of choice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
