- 1 slice of Pepperidge Farm® Harvest Blends bread (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
- 2 strawberries (sliced)
- 1 mint leaf (chopped)
- pinch of lemon zest from organic lemon
- 1 drizzle of honey
Instruction
- Spread the mascarpone in a thin layer on toast.
- Place strawberry slices in a single layer, overlapping slightly.
- Garnish with the freshly chopped mint, a drizzle of honey and the lemon zest.
