Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon tequila
  • 2 tablespoon agave
  • 1 tablespoon triple sec
  • Garnishes (optional)
  • extra tequila
  • margarita salt
  • sugar

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients into the blender and puree until smooth. Pour the puree into the ice pop molds, insert the "sticks and freeze until solid.
  • To serve: fill a glass with warm to hot water and dip the popsicle into the water -- not quite to the rim. Count 5-10 seconds, remove from the water and slip off the cover. Serve as is or with optional garnish: Dip the popsicle in a little tequila and sprinkle with a bit of margarita salt, or for a sweeter ice pop, dip or sprinkle with sugar.
