Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoon tequila
- 2 tablespoon agave
- 1 tablespoon triple sec
- Garnishes (optional)
- extra tequila
- margarita salt
- sugar
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients into the blender and puree until smooth. Pour the puree into the ice pop molds, insert the "sticks and freeze until solid.
- To serve: fill a glass with warm to hot water and dip the popsicle into the water -- not quite to the rim. Count 5-10 seconds, remove from the water and slip off the cover. Serve as is or with optional garnish: Dip the popsicle in a little tequila and sprinkle with a bit of margarita salt, or for a sweeter ice pop, dip or sprinkle with sugar.
