Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (diced)
- 1 fresh ripe mango (diced)
- 2 firm but ripe avocados (peeled, pitted and diced)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 tsp. honey
- Small handful of chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt (to taste)
Instruction
- Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. Allow to sit for at least half an hour to let the flavours come together.
