Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (diced)
  • 1 fresh ripe mango (diced)
  • 2 firm but ripe avocados (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Small handful of chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. Allow to sit for at least half an hour to let the flavours come together.
