Ingredients
The following ingredients have 14 Servings
- 1 box White Cake Mix (prepared)
- 3 oz strawberry jello
- 3 oz lime jello
- 2 cups boiling water (divided)
- 8 oz cool whip
- 3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- lime zest (optional)
- lime (optional)
- strawberries (optional)
Instruction
- Bake white cake according to the package directions in 2 round cake pans.
- Allow cakes to cook completely.
- Poke holes in the cakes with a large fork while still in pan.
- Mix 1 cup boiling water with the lime jello and pour over 1 cake.
- Mix 1 cup boiling water with the strawberry jello and pour over the other cake.
- Refrigerate atleast 2 hours to allow jello to cool and set up.Frosting
- In a bowl whisk together milk and pudding mix.
- Fold in cool whip and lime zest.
- Refrigerate 5-10 mins.
- Frost cake.
- Decorate with strawberries and lime slices
