Ingredients

The following ingredients have 14 Servings
  • 1 box White Cake Mix (prepared)
  • 3 oz strawberry jello
  • 3 oz lime jello
  • 2 cups boiling water (divided)
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • lime zest (optional)
  • lime (optional)
  • strawberries (optional)

Instruction

  • Bake white cake according to the package directions in 2 round cake pans.
  • Allow cakes to cook completely.
  • Poke holes in the cakes with a large fork while still in pan.
  • Mix 1 cup boiling water with the lime jello and pour over 1 cake.
  • Mix 1 cup boiling water with the strawberry jello and pour over the other cake.
  • Refrigerate atleast 2 hours to allow jello to cool and set up.Frosting
  • In a bowl whisk together milk and pudding mix.
  • Fold in cool whip and lime zest.
  • Refrigerate 5-10 mins.
  • Frost cake.
  • Decorate with strawberries and lime slices
