Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 c. strawberries
  • 1 c. Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 c. apple juice
  • 1- 2 c. ice (to thicken)
  • 1/4 fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 c. Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 c. apple juice
  • 1- 2 c. ice (to thicken)

Instruction

  • Blend ingredients for each smoothie separately. Layer one on top of the other, filling halfway for one flavor and finishing the other half with the other flavor.
