Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 300 grams strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups chilled plain yogurt (full-fat, Greek, or low-fat)
- 1/4 cup chilled milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or honey)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (or rose water)
Instruction
- Wash strawberries and wipe them using a kitchen cloth. Chop off the top leafy part and cut the strawberry into small pieces.
- Note – If using frozen strawberries, then use them directly. If your blender is not powerful, then thaw the strawberries for 10 minutes for easy blending.
- Add the chopped strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom to the blender and blend well.
- Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses and serve chilled. You can add a few ice cubes to each glass too.
