Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten free mix *see notes*)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Cup Strawberries (Diced )
- 1 Cup Kiwi Fruit (peeled & diced)
- 4 eggs (well-beaten)
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 2 Cupcake pans with cupcake liners
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Make a well in the center.
- Put strawberries, kiwi, eggs, and oil in the well.
- Mix thoroughly into a nice batter.
- Fill each Cupcake cup 2/3 of the way full
- Bake 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees F or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve.
