Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple - drained (or mixed fruit)
- 8 ounces whipped topping - thawed
- 1-2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 box jello (any flavor)
- 2-4 tbsp chopped pecans - for garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Combine the cottage cheese, drained pineapple, whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and the jello powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir well until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with a sprinkle of chopped pecans and additional mini marshmallows if desired.
