Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 7 oz Graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (35 to 40% - Mascarpone or Philadelphia )
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp All purpose flour
- 3 Eggs (large)
- 1 ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 8 Strawberries (chopped)
- 10 oz Strawberries
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Gelatin (powder)
- 3 tbsp Water
Instruction
- Pre-heat the oven at 350°F / 177°C/ Gas Mark 3
- Prepare pan - Wrap the outside of a 7-inch springform pan in aluminum foil. We will also need a roasting rack larger than the springform pan. Pro tip - the aluminum foil will prevent water from entering the cheesecake while baking in a water bath.
