Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2-3 lbs. of fresh strawberries
  • 1 pkg of Jam In A Jiffy from a 36 oz 2 pack

Instruction

  • Wash strawberries and drain.  Remove green tops from the berries.
  • Place berries in a food processor or blender and pulse until berries are chopped.  You don’t want it pureed, you want little bits of fruit.
  • Place berries in a large bowl and add the package of Jam In A Jiffy.  Stir for 1 minute, until well combined and shiny.
  • Let mixture sit for 1 minute.  Stir again and pour jam into prepared containers.  Freeze jam for up to 1 year or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.  Makes 6 cups.
