Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2-3 lbs. of fresh strawberries
- 1 pkg of Jam In A Jiffy from a 36 oz 2 pack
Instruction
- Wash strawberries and drain. Remove green tops from the berries.
- Place berries in a food processor or blender and pulse until berries are chopped. You don’t want it pureed, you want little bits of fruit.
- Place berries in a large bowl and add the package of Jam In A Jiffy. Stir for 1 minute, until well combined and shiny.
- Let mixture sit for 1 minute. Stir again and pour jam into prepared containers. Freeze jam for up to 1 year or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks. Makes 6 cups.
