Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 30 ounces vodka
  • 8 strawberries ((washed, hulled and cut into lengthwise slices) (you may need more, depending on the size of the strawberries))

Instruction

  • Wash the jar with hot, soapy water. Make sure you rinse it fully and dry the jar well.
  • Place the sliced strawberries in the jar. Make sure you fill the jar halfway so you may need more than what is in the recipe because it depends on the size of your berries.
  • Fill the jar halfway with vodka, making sure you cover the strawberries
  • Cap the jar and gently shake the ingredients together.
  • Place the jar on the counter or back hall. Do not put it where it will be in the sun.
  • Let it rest on the counter for 5 days. Only shake it gently once a day.
  • Place a strainer over a large measuring bowl and pour the contents of the jar into the strainer.
  • Let the strawberries fully drain. Toss the strawberries in the trash - at this point they are not good to eat.
  • Pour the liquid in a jar or decorative bottles.
  • Sip
  • Smile
  • Enjoy
