Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 Siggi’s strawberry yogurts
  • 5 large strawberries, sliced

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. In a bowl combine oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt.  Stir until all sugar is broken up.  Stir in honey, canola oil and vanilla extract.  Mix until everything is well coated.  Spread out the granola on parchment paper on a silicone baking mat.  Bake for 3o minutes stirring at each 10 minute mark.  In the last 5 minutes add in the sliced almonds. Allow the granola to cool for at least 10 minutes. Place a spoonful of granola at the bottom of a cup.  Top with three sliced strawberries and a spoonful of yogurt.  Repeat the steps.
