Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread chopped the walnuts evenly in a shallow baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
  • Add the salad ingredients to a bowl.
  • In a mason jar or blender bottle, add all of the dressing ingredients together and shake until combined.
  • Serve salad with dressing. Can serve 2-3 as a main dish or 6-8 as a side dish.
