Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 8 oz Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsps powdered sugar (Save 1 tsp for dusting)
- 17.3 oz puff pastry ((1 box) at room temp.)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced )
Instruction
- Preheat oven to the temperature required by your puff pastry packaging.
- In a large bowl add the heavy cream, extract, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
- Mix on high for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form in the cream.
- Add cream to a piping bag with a large star tip.
- Place cream in the fridge.
- Cut out your puff pastry hearts, or slice them into even rectangles.
- Bake according to package instructions.
- Allow to cool for 5 mins and then slice them in half
- Layer 3 strawberries on one half of each shell, pipe with cream
- Finish off with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and you have a tasty dessert.
