Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 8 oz Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsps powdered sugar (Save 1 tsp for dusting)
  • 17.3 oz puff pastry ((1 box) at room temp.)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced )

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to the temperature required by your puff pastry packaging.
  • In a large bowl add the heavy cream, extract, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
  • Mix on high for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form in the cream.
  • Add cream to a piping bag with a large star tip.
  • Place cream in the fridge.
  • Cut out your puff pastry hearts, or slice them into even rectangles.
  • Bake according to package instructions. 
  • Allow to cool for 5 mins and then slice them in half
  • Layer 3 strawberries on one half of each shell, pipe with cream
  • Finish off with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and you have a tasty dessert.
