Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 cups lettuce of choice (I used a field green mix)
- 10 to 12 strawberries
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 2 oz glazed pecans
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 8 oz strawberry or raspberry vinaigrette
Instruction
- Divide the lettuce evenly between 4 plates/ bowls or containers if meal prepping.
- Slice the strawberries. Top each salad with the sliced strawberries, feta cheese, glazed pecans, and chicken.
- Serve the salad with the berry vinaigrette (or pack in small cups with lids if meal prepping).
