Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 cups lettuce of choice (I used a field green mix)
  • 10 to 12 strawberries
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 oz glazed pecans
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 8 oz strawberry or raspberry vinaigrette

Instruction

  • Divide the lettuce evenly between 4 plates/ bowls or containers if meal prepping.
  • Slice the strawberries. Top each salad with the sliced strawberries, feta cheese, glazed pecans, and chicken.
  • Serve the salad with the berry vinaigrette (or pack in small cups with lids if meal prepping).
