Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Over medium heat stir the strawberries and honey for about five minutes until softened. Use a masher to mash the softened strawberries. Add the chia seeds and cook for about 15 minutes until the jam is very thick. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Transfer to jam or canning jars. Refrigerate for up to a week.
