Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 16 ounces cream cheese (at romm temperature)
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3.4 ounce box lemon pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 6 medium waffle cones
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 1 medium lemon (for garnish)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Whip with an electric mixer until fluffy.
- In a separate mixing bowl combine the pudding with the milk and whisk. Set aside for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Next whip the pudding into the cream cheese. In a small bowl combine the strawberries and 1 tablespoon of sugar and set aside to macerate.
- Next, fill a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the tip cut off with the cheesecake mixture. Pipe into your cones.
- Garnish the cones with the strawberries and a slice of lemon. Chill for one hour in the fridge and serve!
