Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup milk of choice ((I used almond milk))
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP collagen powder
  • stevia extract

Instruction

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until completely smooth.
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries if desired.
