The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup milk of choice ((I used almond milk))
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 TBSP collagen powder
- stevia extract
Instruction
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until completely smooth.
- Garnish with sliced strawberries if desired.
