Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (low fat)
- 5-7 strawberries, chopped and mashed
- 1-2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (for garnish, optional)
Instruction
- Add the cream cheese to a bowl and whip on high speed using a hand mixer (until fluffy).
- Whip in the powdered sugar until combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping and mashed strawberries until combined.
- Add to a small bowl for serving and garnish with the graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
