Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (low fat)
  • 5-7 strawberries, chopped and mashed
  • 1-2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (for garnish, optional)

Instruction

  • Add the cream cheese to a bowl and whip on high speed using a hand mixer (until fluffy).
  • Whip in the powdered sugar until combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping and mashed strawberries until combined.
  • Add to a small bowl for serving and garnish with the graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
