- 2 packages (6 ounces each) chocolate cookie crusts
- 4 tablespoons butter, (melted)
- 10 ounces frozen unsweetened strawberries, (thawed)
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, (room temperature)
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs, (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
Instruction
