Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup(s) canola, or olive oil
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) red wine or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup(s) cider vingar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) minced onion
- 1 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
- SALAD
- 1/2 cup(s) almonds, slivered - or i used roasted cut in half
- 1 package(s) spinach leaves
- 1 pint(s) strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup(s) blueberries
Instruction
- Combine all the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk ingredients until combined thoroughly.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, blueberries and almonds. Toss gently to combine. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to evenly coat. Serve immediately. It's delicious!
