Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)

Instruction

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until desired consistency is reached. Add more or less almond milk to get desired consistency.
  • Garnish with fresh fruit, chia seeds or mint.
