Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)
Instruction
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until desired consistency is reached. Add more or less almond milk to get desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh fruit, chia seeds or mint.
