Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 Cup Bananas ((sliced))
  • 1 Cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Oats ((old fashioned))
  • 1 Cup Milk ((we used whole))
  • 1/4 Cup Honey ((raw))

Instruction

  • First, slice up enough bananas to fill a dry measuring cup. Usually, that means about two average-sized bananas.
  • Next, measure out the strawberries, oats, milk, and honey.
  • Then, in a large blender, combine all the ingredients. Use the liquefy setting on your blender to create a smooth drink.
  • Last, split the smoothie up between two 12-ounce glasses and garish with fresh strawberries or mint.
