Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 loaf French Bread (cubed)
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 pound strawberries (sliced)
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13" baking dish
- Combine eggs, milk cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together
- Layer on third of the bread in baking dish. Add a third of the strawberries and cream cheese.
- Repeat until all bread, strawberries and cream cheese are used. Your baking dish will be over filled. You can push down slightly to contain.
- Carefully pour egg mixture over entire casserole. Try to cover each piece of bread
- Let casserole sit for at least 15 minutes so bread can absorb the liquid.
- Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
