Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 loaf French Bread (cubed)
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 pound strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Lightly grease a 9 x 13" baking dish
  • Combine eggs, milk cream, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together
  • Layer on third of the bread in baking dish. Add a third of the strawberries and cream cheese.
  • Repeat until all bread, strawberries and cream cheese are used. Your baking dish will be over filled. You can push down slightly to contain.
  • Carefully pour egg mixture over entire casserole. Try to cover each piece of bread
  • Let casserole sit for at least 15 minutes so bread can absorb the liquid.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
