Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1 cup non dairy milk
- 2-3 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste (optional))
- 2 tablespoons raw cashews
- 1 apple (cored)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- water (as needed, to thin)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients, except water, into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick and not blending well, add water a few tablespoons of water at at time, until the desired consistency is reached.
