Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups coconut oil (for frying)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely diced strawberries
  • 15 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2/3 cup cinnamon sugar

Instruction

  • Heat coconut oil in a large, deep-sided pot over medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in strawberries.
  • Spoon mixture into the center of wonton wrappers.
  • Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with milk. Fold in half diagonally, sealing the edges, then fold the tips of the triangle until they meet. Press to seal.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden.
  • Transfer immediately to cinnamon sugar. Toss until coated. Serve warm and enjoy.
