Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups coconut oil (for frying)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup finely diced strawberries
- 15 wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2/3 cup cinnamon sugar
Instruction
- Heat coconut oil in a large, deep-sided pot over medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in strawberries.
- Spoon mixture into the center of wonton wrappers.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with milk. Fold in half diagonally, sealing the edges, then fold the tips of the triangle until they meet. Press to seal.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Transfer immediately to cinnamon sugar. Toss until coated. Serve warm and enjoy.
