- 2 cups low sodium Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon concentrate, or 1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Butter
- Reserved cooking liquid
- 1 tablespoon Browning sauce (optional)
