Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 small cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 1-2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece (grated)

Instruction

  • Heat the oil and add mustard seeds and ginger. Let it cook for a minute. Add the green chilli and cabbage and stir fry it on high flame for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Don't overcook as we need to retain its crunchy texture. Add the salt and black pepper powder. Serve hot.
