Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 large head bok choy (see notes)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instruction
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until light browned; approximately 2-3 minutes. Toss or stir frequently to keep from burning. Remove and place in a small bowl.
- Heat canola oil in the same skillet over medium high heat. Add the ginger, onion and bok choy. Cook for 2-3 minutes stirring frequently. Add the garlic, red pepper and soy sauce and cook for additional 1 minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
