Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 lamb forequarter chops
  • 1/2 cup kecap manis
  • 1/2 cup mint sauce thick

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Mix sauces together in a jug. Stir well.
  • Pour some sauce into a large roasting dish.
  • Brush each side of the chops with sauce.
  • Bake chops until browned and meat falls away from the bone. Turn and baste several times whilst cooking.
