Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 lamb forequarter chops
- 1/2 cup kecap manis
- 1/2 cup mint sauce thick
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Mix sauces together in a jug. Stir well.
- Pour some sauce into a large roasting dish.
- Brush each side of the chops with sauce.
- Bake chops until browned and meat falls away from the bone. Turn and baste several times whilst cooking.
