Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup long grain rice (not instant)
- 1 14 ounce can French onion soup
- 1 14 ounce can beef broth
- 1/2 cup butter (sliced)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 8x8 or 2 quart dish add the rice, French onion soup, beef broth, and butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 30 more minutes. Remove from oven, fluff with a fork and serve!
