The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- steamer
- sauce pan
- 1 + cup water
- 12 large eggs
Instruction
- Place your steamer into your sauce pan
- Pour in 1-2 cups of water, just enough so that it's filled the bottom, but not over the steamer.
- Bring the water to a boil, add in the eggs, and place the lid on.
- Reduce the heat to medium heat and cook eggs until you reach your desired doneness.
- Runny yolk cook time: 5-6 minutesFirmer, but still translucent yolk, 8-10 minutesHard boiled with fully cooked yolk 14-16 minutes
- Place eggs into cold water (ice if you want, but not necessary) and then peel.
