Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 500 gr cod fish fillet (Other suitable fishes are sea bass, pomfret, kurau)
- 200 gr sweet preserved radish/chai poh (see notes)
- 2-3 red chilies
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
- Fresh coriander leaves
Instruction
- Soak chai poh for 3 minutes. Squeeze dry and chop finely. Chop red chilies, garlic, and coriander leaves. Set aside
