Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 400g lean pork mince
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons grated ginger
  • Soy sauce, to serve
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

Instruction

  • Place the pork mince, spring onions, chopped coriander, soy sauce and grated ginger in a food processor and pulse to combine. Wet your hands (so that mixture does not stick to them) and shape the mixture into small balls about the size of walnuts.
  • Place a steamer over a saucepan of simmering water and steam pork balls for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Carefully remove pork balls from the bamboo steamer and serve with soy and sweet chilli sauces for dipping.
