Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 c water (if using a rice/steamer combo just add water to rice and no more0
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh lemon
- 1/4 c asiago cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Cut broccoli into 2-inch florets. Set a steamer over a pot and steam broccoli for 5 minutes, or add to top basket while cooking rice if you have a steamer/rice cooker combo. When done add cooked broccoli to large bowl and let cool 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice over top and sprinkle with garlic, olive oil, and cheeses.
