Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 c water (if using a rice/steamer combo just add water to rice and no more0
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon
  • 1/4 c asiago cheese
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Cut broccoli into 2-inch florets. Set a steamer over a pot and steam broccoli for 5 minutes, or add to top basket while cooking rice if you have a steamer/rice cooker combo. When done add cooked broccoli to large bowl and let cool 5 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice over top and sprinkle with garlic, olive oil, and cheeses.
