The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 bundle of asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper
Instruction
- In a medium-sized skillet, fill the skillet with 1-2 inches of water. Add the asparagus and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and steam for 4-6 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the asparagus from the water and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
