Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper

Instruction

  • In a medium-sized skillet, fill the skillet with 1-2 inches of water. Add the asparagus and bring it to a boil.
  • Reduce to a simmer and steam for 4-6 minutes or until tender.
  • Remove the asparagus from the water and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
