Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 Tbsps softened butter
  • 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Chervil (chopped)
  • 2 cups oat leaf Lettuce (in bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
  • 2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
  • 2 rump Steak (approx. 200 g each)

Instruction

  • Squash the butter with a fork and mix with the herbs. Season with salt and ground black pepper and let cool.
  • Arrange the lettuce decoratively on two large plates. Make a dressing by mixing together 2 tbsp oil, the vinegar, ground black pepper and salt.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the meat on each side for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt and ground black pepper, cut into slices and place on top of the lettuce. Add the herb butter and drizzle the lettuce with the dressing.
