The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound steak ((such as New York or Rib-eye))
  • Olive oil, freshly cracked pepper, and fine sea salt

  • 1 large lemon ((3 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 teaspoons zest))
  • 1-2 large limes ((2 and 1/2 tablespoons lime juice))
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup lightly packed cilantro ((~1 bunch))
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
