Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Garlic (Minced)
- 2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, Italian Seasoning, and pepper until well combined. Pour into a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.
- Add steaks to bag and seal. Place bag on a rimmed baking sheet to catch any drips or leakage. Refrigerate overnight.
- Heat up the grill and allow steaks to sit out on the counter for 30 minutes.
- Grill steaks until desired doneness. See notes above. Allow steaks to rest 7-10 minutes then serve.
