Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 13 oz Sesame Asian salad kits (produce section of grocery store)
  • 3 cups leftover steak fried rice (link to recipe in post above or restaurant leftovers)
  • 4 oz yum yum sauce

Instruction

  • Put the chopped salad in a large bowl and add the salad dressing that comes with the kit. Toss until combined and divide the salad between 2 plates or bowls.Note: If meal prepping divide the lettuce between 4 containers and pack the dressing and salad toppings on the side on cups with lids.
  • Warm the leftover chicken fried rice slightly, I aimed for room temp. Top each salad with the rice and the crispy wontons that come with the salad kit.
  • Drizzle the yum yum sauce over the rice before serving.
