Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (like Tony Chacheres)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instruction

  • Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Form into scoops or log.
  • Place desired amount on hot steak soon after it's cooked to desired temperature.
