Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 stick unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (like Tony Chacheres)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instruction
- Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
- Chill until firm.
- Form into scoops or log.
- Place desired amount on hot steak soon after it's cooked to desired temperature.
