Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 stick butter ((softened))
- 2 cloves roasted garlic ((can substitute fresh garlic instead))
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients together and place in an air-tight dish.
- The flavor is best if allowed to meld in the refrigerator for a few hours, but it can be used right away.
- Place one tablespoon of the steak butter on a freshly grilled steak and serve.
