Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 stick butter ((softened))
  • 2 cloves roasted garlic ((can substitute fresh garlic instead))
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients together and place in an air-tight dish.
  • The flavor is best if allowed to meld in the refrigerator for a few hours, but it can be used right away.
  • Place one tablespoon of the steak butter on a freshly grilled steak and serve.
