Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 burrito size soft tortillas
- 3 cups shredded cheese of choice
- 3 cups cooked, diced steak
- 2 avocados (sliced)
- Optional: salsa, sour cream, hot sauce
Instruction
- In a large skillet over medium low heat, pour 1/2 Tbsp olive oil. Spread evenly with a spatula. Lay a tortilla flat in the skillet.
- On one side of the tortilla add some cheese, steak, half of an avocado (sliced), and little more cheese. Fold the empty side of the tortilla over the side with the filling. Let cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and let cook 1-2 more minutes.
- Remove from pan and repeat with the remaining ingredients. Makes 4 quesadillas. Serve with salsa, sour cream and/or hot sauce if desired.
