- 1 cup salted butter (226 grams, melted (2 sticks))
- 1½ cups brown sugar (320 grams)
- 2 large eggs (100 grams, room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (4 grams)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (240 grams)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (4 grams)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¾ cup dried cranberries (128 grams)
- ¾ cup white chocolate chips (128 grams)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (227 grams, room temperature (1 brick))
- 1 cup powdered sugar (113 grams)
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (2 grams)
- ½ cup dried cranberries (85 grams, chopped)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (85 grams, melted)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the butter and brown sugar together until well combined. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Press the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading into an even layer.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes, until golden brown. Let the bars cool.
- While the bars are cooling, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled bars. Then, sprinkle the chopped cranberries and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 20 minutes to allow the frosting to set before cutting into the bars.
